Steel is an extremely versatile material. Its many forms range from elegant to robust. This interesting contrast is interpreted in a 600 x 600 x 1000 mm piece made from 2mm steel planes and joined by rivoted steel connection pieces. It displays a contrasted relationship between a clean composition and its weathered surface, as a response of the material to the shape it is forced into, since in the end, steel just wants to rust.
